On & Offshore Quality Control Specialists (QCS), established in 1973, is a multi-functional company which supplies the industry with personnel and services for both domestic and international projects. QCS's core business is visual inspection and management services wherein we can supply a single inspector up to a full team of inspectors for all facets of your construction projects. QCS has completed service contracts for major and independent oil and gas companies plus numerous pipeline transmission companies in all types of terrain, including some of the most sensitive environmentally concerned areas. In addition to onshore pipeline projects, QCS has worked on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation lay barges, offshore platforms and setting risers. Also, QCS has worked on installation of tank farms, meter and compressor stations, and in all aspects of electrical, instrumentation and mechanical operations.

QCS prides itself in the large number of qualified personnel from a diverse field of experience available from our database to support your project. The majority of QCS's personnel have in excess of 15 years of field experience to insure the service we provide meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements. QCS will work with the customer to review the scope of the entire project and recommend the classification and quantity of personnel to provide the level of service that will insure a successful project completion.

QCS has adopted a safety program that compliments the customer’s own safety programs to insure all personnel are trained and aware of the importance of a safe work environment. Our personnel participate in all safety meetings organized by QCS and the customer jointly on work sites to support the safety programs and initiatives of both companies.

 Quality Policy Statement

On & Offshore Quality Control Specialists is a privately owned company which strives to supply the very best personnel and services to our customers. QCS’s mission includes the intent to offer a personalized one-on-one service to our clients. Our customer’s requirements are carefully reviewed and evaluated prior, during, and following each project to ensure the service provided meets or exceeds his expectations. Customers shall have access to all relevant project documentation should he wish to audit his particular project. We are always available to our customers on a 24 hr/day basis, 7 days a week.

Our company is fully insured. We comply with the Department of Transportation's Administration Drug Testing as codified by the Title 49CFR Part 199 & Part 40. In accordance with the DOT, our Company has implemented an extensive Alcohol and Drug Policy which specifies our compliance; a copy of this plan can be obtained at your request. Our policy states that our employees shall be subjected to a pre-employment drug test as well as random drug screening throughout their employment with our Company. We also perform post accident testing.
